Graduation Clearance Process

For graduates regarding clearance process：

Bachlor Program: Online access for 2023 academic year, Fall semester: December 29th, 2023 to February 17th, 2024

  1. You can collect your parchment at registration division only when you get all approvals from offices listed in your clearance form.
  2. The time for the application to leave school is not the same as for the submission of foreign language test transcripts or certificates. The deadline for submitting foreign language test transcripts or certificates is before 15th February 2024.
  3. Students who have not finished taking the graduation credits, or submitting the foreign language test transcripts or certificates will defer graduation. For these students, the tuition fee for next semester should be paid. Students who still have student status, and have not applied for suspension, withdrawal from school, or no punishment of suspension or withdrawal are eligible to apply for deferral of graduation.Those who need to extend their studies due to applying for pre-graduate students, exchange students, education courses, credit courses, etc., do not need to apply for leaving school this semester. However, you must notify your graduation qualification reviewer and pay the tuition fee for the next semester before 15th February 2024.   4. Failing the course‘foreign language practice’ leads to deferral of graduation. Furthermore, those who pass and submit the certificate of transcripts of the language proficiency test after the mid-semester will not receive the graduation certificate immediately. The graduation certificate can only be collected after the 19th week according to the university academic calendar when the passing scores of the conduct grades have been uploaded and the results have also been checked by all of the offices.
  5. Please show your student ID or ARC at Registration Division when collecting your parchment.
